Please note that in the event of cancellation (seven (7) days before arrival), change or no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
Advance payment:
The full amount must be paid five (5) weeks before arrival. If the prepayment deadline is not met, the reservation expires automatically.
Refundable damage deposit:
A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. The damage deposit will be fully refunded upon departure if the accommodation has not been damaged.

Slippers:
Slippers are provided.
Street shoes, ski boots etc. are not permitted in the stairwell! If this is not adhered to, an extra cleaning fee may be charged.

A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This is deposited in cash. You will usually receive the refund upon departure. The damage deposit will be refunded in full in cash after the property has been checked and no damage has been found.
